On this page you’ll find a list of links to download official ILR visual assets for use in your presentations, documents, emails, and web pages. Please follow the guidelines set forth in this site when utilizing visual assets, and again, feel free to reach out for consultation and support. As we work to activate the brand further, this page will be updated with new assets. We plan on supplying presentation templates, poster and postcard templates, merchandise options, simple brochure templates, for example.
Not all downloads are currently available, please contact us if you need assistance.
Business Card Tool
ILR is partnering with Cornell Print Services for business cards. Currently, Cornell Print Services is set up to create cards using the ILR wordmark only. Through this system, you can enter your contact details into a preformatted card and place your order. Visit Cornell Print Services to get started.
If you are a sub-brand (Worker Institute, IWS, Scheinman, etc.) you will need to email ILR Communications and Marketing to set up your cards.
We’ve created a simple tool for you to generate options for your email signature. Just login to the customized email signature page with your NETID and password by clicking the blue login button once you get to the page.
Branded Background for Zoom Meetings
Use this tool to create a personalized virtual background "name placard" to use when you attend ILR online classes or represent ILR at a virtual corporate briefing, conference, or event.
Our primary font, Replica, has a very restrictive license that does not allow us to share it with the entire ILR community. Feel free to reach out to us if you have questions.
Our secondary font, Futura Extra Black, has a less restirictive license. If you would like to install it we ask that you email us for further information.
We do offer free, open source options for primary and secondary font use, as well as a system font alternative that is already installed on all computers. Please refer to our typography section for more information.
